Wow... I haven't updated since before I left for winter break. Let me fill everyone in on what i've been up to.

Thanksgiving was very depressing. It was just my mom, Grandma, Pap Pap, & me. My sister was in Spain trying to have a goodtime on a very little bit of money because she had her purse stolen. What an experience for her! My brother & Denise were with Denise's family this year, my cousin Lauren & her husband Randy & step-son Mikey & my cousin Jennifer & Aidan were with their mom's side of the family, and my Uncle John & Gina stayed at home. The four of us went out to dinner. We went to the Officer's Club at Andrews Air Force Base. I didn't even get to see any men in uniform because they are ALL overseas.

It was great to finally go home. I missed my family so much. You'd think that by now I would be used to being so far away from them all the time. I was so happy to spend time with them again! My sister and I really made an effort to see each other a lot. She's so awesome, I couldn't ask for a better sister. I got to see Rich & Denise a few times. I saw my dad only a couple times. He was in Thailand when I came home, he was there until December 16th. Thank the lord he made it home before the Tsunami.

Melissa & I went to visit Amanda... and George at Fairleigh Dickinson. I had a great time being with my girls again. I got to see most of my girls... Jaime, Emma, Mary, Christine, and more. Had fun with all of them!

Christmas was absolutely amazing! THe WHOLE family was together in Maryland. There were 14 of us packed into Grandma & Pap's house. It was so good to have everyone together again! Grandma & Pap announced at the end of the night that next Christmas we are all going to go on a trip together... somewhere HOT!

After much deliberation, 12 of us are going on a cruise to the Bahamas next Christmas. Aidan can't come because he will only be 2 years old and Mikey can't come because his mom won't let him. I am so excited though. We are leaving from Miami and going to Nassau,, Coco Cay, and Key West, then back to Miami.

New Year's was great, even though it was my last night at home. My sister, Amanda, & Melissa came over. We made pina coladas, strawberry daquries, and my mom got us champagne for midnight. We had so much fun baking cookies, watching Sex in the City, and just talking. I love those girls!

Back to school... caught up with everyone. I'm taking 5 classes this quarter (2 early childhood classes, bio, history, nursing)... it's been interesting...

well, i am off to Riverpark APARTMENTS with Lindsey & Judy to drop off our deposit for next year! YAY!

I think it's about time I update! Here's what been going on with me in the past month or so...

Halloween: IT WAS GREAT! Friday night I went out with my awesome friend Lynsey from down the hall! I had a blast with her! Saturday night was the huge party uptown on Court St.! I was a Pink Lady from Grease, Lindsey was Goldilocks, & Anthony was Tyrone Biggins from the Chappell Show. I had fun hanging out with them all night. Anthony is hilarious!

November 5-7: My brother & Denise came to visit! SO MUCH FUN! We went to my cousin Emily's dog show. That was fun and she did really well. Took Rich & Denise to see my campus on Saturday and they loved it!

November 11-14: Went to Jersey b/c I was done with class at 12 on Wednesday, no classes Thursday because of Veteran's Day, and my only class on Friday was cancelled! I had an awesome time in Jersey. Wednesday night I just hung out at home, Thursday I hung out with Jaime and then went to Sheila's for dinner. Got to see Victoria, I love that little girl! Friday evening I went to dinner with mom, Allison, Rich, & Denise. After dinner, I went to Fairleigh Dickinson to hang out and spend the night with Amanda & George. I had so much fun! It was so good to hang out with them, especially Amanda again. She is such a great friend! Anyways, her campus was really dead, so we hung out in her dorm. I got to meet some of their friends, they were all really cool. Can't wait to go back to FDU! Melissa, you are coming too next time!

November 15 - now: Monday my dad left for Thailand... Tuesday, I had my psych exam... that went ok. Wednesday there were no classes because of reading day before finals. Thursday I had my public speaking final. I was really upset b/c that's when I found out that Jared left for basic training. I really don't want him to go to Iraq. He's such a great guy. I wish that we had become friends sooner, I hope to stay in touch with him. I will definitely be praying for his safe return. Also, in my exam I saw one of the girls from Westfield High that just graduated last year! Freaking weird, it was Theresa Nowicki! I had drama and math with her in highschool. We exchanged numbers and we're gonna hang out next quarter. The most important thing on Thursday was that one of my really good friends got married!! Congrats you two, I love you! Friday, I had my women studies final and then Elaina, Judy, & I went to see SAW. It wasn't that great... a little disturbing, but not at all scary. Almost everyone has already left for break! Caroline & Anisa left yesterday. Today Lynsey, Anita, Carrie, & Steph left. Amy leaves tomorrow. ... Judy came over tonight and we just hung out and watched Now and Then. I have my last final on Tuesday, Third World Geography. As soon as I'm done, Becca and I are on the road back to Jersey for 6 LONG, LONG, LONG weeks! On Wednesday I am getting my hair done and then possibly going to the highschool's homecoming festivities. Thursday (Turkey Day), my mom and I are going to Maryland to see Grandma & Pap Pap! It's just the four of us for Thanksgiving because Rich & Denise will be with Denise's family, Allison is in SPAIN, and Lauren, Randy, Jennifer, & Aidan are going to Aunt Martha's, and Uncle John & Gina are staying in Syracuse... Kinda sad that no one's gonna be around.

Well, I'm gonna get back to my tv watching and scarf making!

During the service, the minister talked about how I was a legend to him because I am going to the University that he went to and he was so proud of me.

ok, now I am depressed, I should have done this yesterday to add to my already bad day! This was from a journal entry I wrote right after my grandfather past away last spring.

Yesterday really did suck, so far today has been great! The guy I like in my public speaking class noticed the bandaids on my feet and asked me what happened. I actually told him the truth... and he didn't laugh. He asked if I was okay and he was really nice about it. i even told him that he could laugh and he said that if I hadn't gotten hurt he would have laughed, but since my feet are covered in cuts, he said it wasn't funny. I thought that was cute. He didn't laugh unlike ALL of my other friends! MEANIES! haha, if I laugh it's ok to laugh... and I sure as hell laughed after the fact!

So in public speaking we got back our midterms (I got an 80%) and we got back our speeches. She told our class that she has never once given an A on a speech until our class this quarter AND she only gave out one A. We were all like shit, we didn't know she graded so harshly. She handed me my speech and I about died! I GOT 98%!! HELL YEAH! She wants me to email her my outline for the speech because she and her colleauges want to use it as an example in the next workbook they are writing. Hell yeah! I thought I was horrible at public speaking! This class just made my week 10 times better! Also, I was supposed to give my next speech next Tuesday, but she is cancelling class so now I have a week and a half to prepare. Hopefully, I'll do just as well on the next one! Yeah, today is a great day!

Yeah, today... today just sucks! I got up to go to my 9am, on my way there and boom! I feel in a pot hole in front of 7 Coors Light Delivery guys. They were all laughing at me, it was so embarrassing! Anyways, I got up and walked the rest of the way to class. Just as I was about to walk in the classroom, I looked down at my feet. THEY WERE GUSHING BLOOD! I went to the bathroom to clean them off, but there was no stopping the blood. So, I had to go back to the dorm to clean off my feet, which meant I didn't make it to class. I couldn't go back to the dorm the way I went because I didn't want to pass the Coors guys again, so I took a 20 minute detour! Now my feet really hurt...

I get back, clean up my feet, and put patriotic bandaids on my feet. I decide to take a half an hour nap before my 11. Elaina came in my room at 11:13 and woke me up.

So, basically, I skipped my only two classes today and I had an embarrassing fall that is really making my feet hurt! Today just totally sucks for me... going to stay in my hole of a room for the rest of the day so that nothing else happens to me.

So far, this week sucks. Classes suck, life sucks, and homework sucks. I am so sick of living in the dorm and putting up with people's bullshit. I swear I am stuck in highschool. People are so immature, why won't anyone grow up?! Same old stupid shit. "She said this about me! I hate this, I hate that!" I DON'T CARE! I am not in highschool anymore and I don't feel like dealing with it anymore. I can't wait to live in an apartment and get away from the dorm life. I wish that I were graduating this spring so I can get out in the real world and deal with mature people. Don't feel like writing anymore. Wish I could just go to sleep, gotta read though. Later.

Recap of the weekend...
    Thursday night I went with Lindsey to her business social. We had a lot of fun and met lots of people. Lauren from our floor and a few of her friends showed up. They are all really cool. We ended up going to one of their friends apartments after the social to hang out. Met a lot of people there and got invited to this girl's birthday party on Saturday.
    Friday night Lindsey, Caroline, and I stayed in. We made a cake for Anita's birthday... well, we tried to! So, we had no eggs but Caroline's cousin said that a subsitute for the eggs, oil, and water is 10 oz. of diet coke. Yeah, we tried it. We put the cake in the oven and came upstairs to get some stuff done while it was baking. I come down 10 minutes before the timer is supposed to go off to find out that someone messed up the cake. It looked like someone took it out of the oven shook it and then put it back in the oven. We ended up writing EAT ME! on it and giving to Anita early. She tried it and couldn't even tell that we used diet coke! We felt bad that the cake looked like crap so Care & I bought more cake mix and baked another cake. We used eggs this time though!
    Saturday evening Lindsey, Care, Elaina, & I went to the football game. As we were walking in a half time some jerks called us freshman. Half-time was good, but the game was awesome! We kicked Buffalo's ass, 34-0! THIS IS WHERE THE NIGHT STARTED TO GO DOWN HILL!!! After the game, we met Anita & Matt at a party... It was a theater party. It was the WORST party I had EVER gone to! We finally all left and went to a party that Caroline's friend was having... it also turned out to be the birthday party that Lindsey and I got invited to! It was a hippie party... it also sucked. Then we met up with Caroline's friend Katie from sailing. We were going to her friends house. When we finally got there, they we all leaving to go to the bars! So, we went across the sreet to another party! There were so many people it was crazy. We were just hanging out when Lindsey decided she wanted to go... When Lindsey says she wants to leave, she leaves right away! Caroline and I had to run after her so she didn't leave without us! We ended up just going back to the dorm and hanging out. We made some food and watched Jersey girl. Overall, SATURDAY NIGHT SUCKED ASS!
    Today Caroline and I went to Kroger's to get groceries. I watched the Bengals vs. Ravens game with Lindsey. She wanted the Bengals to win and I wanted the Ravens to win... the Ravens won! I really hope that tomorrow the Redskins kill the Cowboys! I HATE the cowbays!

I had a fun night out with the girls last night. Lindsey, Caroline, & I went to the Blue Gator to see The Shantee perform. We were supposed to meet Steph and Amy, but by time we were ready to leave we figured that the party would probably be over soon.

10:11PM - One More Year Until I'm Legal!

So yesterday was my 20th birthday! I to lunch with the oochies (amy, emily, & steph), and keith. Later on Lindsey, Amy, Steph, Emily, Judy, and I went to Target and the Olive Garden in Lancaster. It was a lot of fun. I missed these girls so much this summer. I am so glad we are back at school!

Today was the first day of classes. yay

I just want to say that I luv my roomie, Lindsey!

i'm babysitting tonight and it's my last night in westfield. i have had a great summer with the greatest friends ever. I'm going to miss them all... again.

tomorrow, my mom and i are leaving to go visit my uncle john and his gf gina in ny. then on tuesday we are off to ohio. staying at emily's b/c i don't move into the dorm until saturday. can't wait to be with all of my wonderful ou friends again. we gotta start the partying off right and right away!


can't wait until my 20th birthday on monday, sept. 6th! don't forget it, it's labor day!

babysat at the beach from july 24th to august 7th. had a great time, but didn't get too tan because of bad weather. went to maryland this weekend; jaime and ray. that was fun and we got to see the father from viva la bam (bam's father, phil) in baltimore. these next two weeks i'm babysitting, moving in with my mom (TOMORROW!!!), hanging out with friends, and then hitting the road. on the 28th/ 29th my mom and i are going to visit my uncle john and his gf gina in NY, stopping in pittsburgh, and then i'm going back to school. missing all my ou friends. sorry we couldn't get together this summer. i'm just too far away from ya'll!

Christina told Amanda and I on Thursday that she could no longer come with us to the beach, so just the two of us went. I had so much fun, but I got REALLY REALLY burnt. On Friday we got to Wildwood around 11ish and met George in front of our hotel. It was so funny to watch Amanda and George run to hug each other, it looked like something out of the movies. Amanda and I hung out on the beach all day and then at night we hung out on the boardwalk and in our room with George and his friend Evan. Evan's a cool guy and he's got a good sense of humor. On saturday we got henna tattoos; Amanda got a sun on her back and I got a flower on my ankle. An hour and a half later, our hennas were totally gone. We went back at night and got in a little bit of an arguement with the woman. We ended up having her do them again for free (still didn't really work though). That night we hung out with George and his friend Danny. Danny was really nice, a little shy, and real cute. We hung out on the boardwalk some more and played a couple games of pool. Amanda, George, and I ended up going back the hotel while Danny went home (he had to work early the next morning). Sunday we had to check out and go back to boring Westfield.

Going back down there again on Saturday for two weeks to babysit. I'm gonna be really tan!
